What Is Our Price Beat Guarantee?
Found an identical jumping castle or eligible hire service advertised for less by a qualifying competitor?
We'll aim to give you an even better deal.
Under our Price Beat Guarantee, we'll match the eligible competitor's advertised hire price and beat that price by an additional 10%.
The competing equipment must be identical, available for the same hire date and meet the eligibility requirements outlined below.
All price-beat requests are subject to verification and the terms of this policy.
What Is Included in Our Guarantee?
Our Price Beat Guarantee applies to eligible jumping castles, inflatable equipment and hire services where the following requirements are met.
Identical Equipment
The competing product must be identical in design, dimensions, features and specifications to the equipment we offer.
Available for Hire
The equipment must be available from both businesses for the requested event date.
Comparable Hire Terms
The competing offer must include an equivalent hire duration, equipment and relevant inclusions.
Important: The guarantee applies only to equipment and services offered by Jumping Castle Hire Sydney and qualifying competitors. It does not apply to products or services excluded under this policy.
Example of Our 10% Price Beat
Here's an example of how our Price Beat Guarantee works when an eligible competitor offers an identical hire at a lower price.
Example only. The 10% reduction is calculated against the qualifying competitor's eligible hire price. Delivery charges and other excluded fees are not included.
What Is Excluded From Our Price Beat Guarantee?
To maintain fair and sustainable pricing, the following exclusions apply to our voluntary Price Beat Guarantee.

Sale and promotional items
Competitor clearance sales, promotional discounts, limited-time offers, coupon codes and other specially discounted pricing are excluded. -
Commercial quantities and pricing
Wholesale rates, commercial contracts, bulk hire arrangements and individually negotiated commercial quotes are excluded. -
Competitors operating for less than two years
The competing business must have been actively operating for at least two years at the time of the price-beat request. We may request reasonable evidence to verify its trading history. -
Delivery and transport charges
Delivery, collection, travel and location-based transport charges are excluded from the guarantee. These costs may vary depending on the distance between the supplier and the event location. -
Multiple competitor offers
A price-beat request must be based on one qualifying competitor's offer. Prices or inclusions from multiple businesses cannot be combined. -
Marketplace and classified listings
Listings from third-party marketplace sellers, auction websites, classified advertising platforms and businesses without a verifiable trading presence are excluded. -
Non-identical equipment or services
Similar-looking jumping castles or inflatable equipment that differ in dimensions, specifications, design, hire duration or included services are not eligible. -
Unavailable equipment
Equipment that is unavailable from either business for the requested hire date is excluded. -
Previously confirmed bookings
The Price Beat Guarantee applies only before a booking has been confirmed. Existing bookings are not eligible for retrospective price adjustments under this voluntary guarantee.
How to Request a Price Beat
Found a lower price? Follow these simple steps before completing your booking.
Find an Eligible Offer
Locate an identical jumping castle or eligible hire service advertised at a lower price by a qualifying competitor.
Provide the Details
Contact our team with a link to the competitor's advertised offer, the hire date and any relevant supporting information.
We'll Review Your Request
Our team will assess the competing offer against this policy and confirm the eligible price-beat amount before booking.
Price Beat Requests After Booking
Our Price Beat Guarantee must be requested and approved before your booking is confirmed.
Once a booking has been confirmed, it is no longer eligible for a retrospective price-beat adjustment, refund or credit under this voluntary guarantee.
This condition does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Website Pricing & Quotation Errors
We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing displayed on our website and provided by our team is accurate and current.
However, genuine mistakes may occasionally occur, including incorrect website prices, calculation errors or inaccurate quotations.
Where an obvious pricing error is identified before a booking is accepted, we reserve the right to correct the error and provide the customer with the accurate price before proceeding.
If a pricing error is identified after a booking has been confirmed, we will assess the circumstances and applicable legal obligations before determining the appropriate resolution.
Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this Pricing Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Do you really beat competitor prices by 10%?
Yes. If you find an eligible identical hire service advertised at a lower price by a qualifying competitor, we'll match that eligible price and reduce it by a further 10%, subject to this policy.
Does the 10% discount apply to delivery?
No. Delivery, collection and transport-related charges are excluded from our Price Beat Guarantee.
Can I claim the guarantee after booking?
No. Price-beat requests must be submitted and approved before your booking is confirmed. Existing bookings are not eligible for retrospective adjustments under this voluntary guarantee.
Can I price match a similar jumping castle?
The equipment must be identical in design, dimensions and relevant specifications. Similar equipment that differs in size, features or hire conditions does not qualify.
Why must competitors have operated for two years?
This requirement helps us compare offers from established businesses with a verifiable trading history. It forms part of the eligibility criteria for our voluntary Price Beat Guarantee.
What proof do I need to request a price beat?
Please provide a link to the competitor's advertised offer or a written quotation showing the equipment, hire duration, inclusions and price. We may request additional information to verify eligibility and availability.
